Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for orders placed through BLBoss SEO, and how it applies to add-ons such as featured placements. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them.

Because we sell services delivered digitally — backlinks, guest posts, content, audits, technical fixes and similar SEO work — the deliverables are delivered through your order page rather than shipped. A refund therefore means crediting the value of the order back to your BLBoss SEO wallet.

Each order is a contract between the buyer and the seller. BLBoss SEO is the marketplace that holds the funds, provides the order workspace and steps in when the two sides cannot agree.

2. How Your Payment Is Protected

Order payments are held in escrow. When you place an order:

• The order amount is debited from your wallet balance and held by the platform — it is not passed to the seller at checkout.
• The delivery clock starts when you submit the order brief (requirements), not when you pay. Late delivery is shown as a status on the order and never removes your right to cancel.
• The seller is paid only when you accept the delivery, or automatically once the 5-day review window after delivery has passed without any response or revision request from you.
• If the order is cancelled before it is completed, the escrowed amount is credited back to your wallet.

Because nothing is released to the seller while an order is open, a refund does not depend on the seller agreeing to send money back — the funds are still held by the platform.

3. Refund Outcomes by Order Stage

4. When You Receive a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund of the order amount in the following situations:

• No work has started. If the seller has not begun work, either side can cancel and the full amount returns to your wallet immediately.
• The seller does not respond to a cancellation request. If you open a cancellation request and the seller does not accept, reject or resolve it within 2 days, the order is cancelled automatically and refunded.
• The seller accepts your cancellation. The order is cancelled and refunded on the spot.
• The seller cancels the order. A seller-initiated cancellation always returns the full amount to the buyer.
• The seller misses the agreed deadline and delivery is abandoned. Delivery time is counted from your brief, including any extension you approved. If the seller is overdue and cannot complete the work, request cancellation and we will refund it.
• The delivered work breaks platform rules. Orders found to use prohibited practices — for example PBN networks, spam links, hacked placements or fake engagement — are cancelled and refunded after review.
• A payment error occurred. Duplicate charges or a wallet debit with no corresponding order are corrected and refunded.

5. Partial Refunds

All services on BLBoss SEO are digital and non-perishable, so a partial refund is only considered when part of the work has genuinely been delivered and accepted. Typical examples:

• A multi-item order (for example 10 guest posts) where only some items were delivered or went live.
• A subscription-style or retainer order cancelled part-way through a billing period.
• Deliverables that were rejected on review and cannot be replaced by the seller.

In these cases the support team reviews the order page, the delivered files and the message thread, then adjusts the order value to the work that was actually completed and refunds the remainder. Partial refunds are decided case by case, not automatically.

6. When a Refund Is Not Available

We cannot refund an order in the following situations:

• The order is already completed. This includes deliveries accepted by the buyer and deliveries that were auto-accepted after the 5-day review window, because the seller has already been paid.
• The buyer caused the delay. Missing briefs, unanswered questions, unavailable website access, unapproved content or unverified domain ownership that prevented the seller from delivering.
• A change of mind after delivery. Once the agreed deliverables have been handed over and accepted, the order stands.
• Search ranking outcomes. Nobody controls Google’s algorithm. Work is refundable when the seller fails to deliver what the listing promised — not because rankings, traffic or revenue did not move, unless the listing explicitly guarantees a specific result.
• Third-party costs already committed. Publisher fees, paid placement fees, licence or tool costs that were spent on the seller’s side to deliver your order.
• Add-ons that have already run. Featured placement or promotion of a service, once it has been activated for the purchased period.
• Policy violations or abuse. Orders cancelled because of fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain work outside the platform.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

1. Open the order from My Orders and check its current stage, due date and message thread.
2. If you simply need changes, use Request Revision first — it is faster than a refund and does not end the order.
3. To end the order, choose Cancel Order. Before work starts the cancellation is immediate. After that, give a reason (at least 10 characters) so the seller understands what went wrong.
4. The other party has 2 days to respond. They may accept the cancellation (refund issued immediately) or reject it and explain why.
5. If the request is rejected or the order stalls, contact our team at [email protected] with the order number. We review the deliverables, deadlines and messages on the order, and can cancel and refund the order on the platform side.

Please do not open a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us — a chargeback freezes the order and takes much longer than the process above.

8. How Refunds Are Paid

• Refunds are credited to your BLBoss SEO wallet balance, not back to the original card or payment method. This keeps refunds instant and lets you spend the amount on another order straight away.
• Every refund appears in your wallet history as a Refund entry referencing the order number, so the balance can always be reconciled.
• Once credited, the money can be used for new orders or withdrawn under the wallet and withdrawal rules on your wallet page.
• If you paid through a payment provider and the funds were never credited to your wallet in the first place, the case is treated as a deposit issue rather than an order refund and handled by the support team.

9. Revisions Instead of Refunds

Most problems are fixable. Before cancelling, ask for a revision — it is included at no extra cost when the delivery does not match the agreed scope, such as wrong anchor text, missing URLs, off-brief content or links that were not placed as described. The seller can re-deliver, and the delivery is reviewed again within a fresh review window.

Revisions are not a route to extra work: requests outside the scope of the original listing, or new requirements added after the order started, may be treated as a new order.

10. Featured Placements and Add-Ons

Featured placement, promotion upgrades and similar add-ons are purchased for a fixed period and go live immediately. They are not refundable once activated, except where the placement never ran or was ended by us before its start date. Order extras are refundable only when they were paid for but never delivered.

11. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you and the seller cannot agree, our team will mediate: we review the brief, the delivered work, the deadlines and the message history, then cancel, release or adjust the order. Our decision is based on the evidence on the order page, and both parties are notified.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in the order and account being suspended while the dispute is open, and access to the order workspace being limited. If a chargeback is later reversed in our favour, the order is restored.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the platform works. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and orders are assessed under the policy in force at the time the order was placed.
